Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Northern Cottage!

Because our Simmer Pot Blends contain dried botanical ingredients and are prepared in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you order arrives, damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact Northern Cottage within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please include your order number, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue and work with you to make it right.

If an item is approved for a refund or replacement, we will provide instructions based on the circumstances.

Local Pickup: Orders collected from Scotty's Edge are considered received when the customer picks up the order.  Please inspect your order at pickup and contact us promptly if there is an issue.
